Leads by Industry: Find the Right Audience for What You Sell
Home improvement, ADUs, B2B, business funding, insurance, real estate, solar, and more. Find the right starting point for your sales team.
Bulk Leads Now · Industry guideYou sell to a particular kind of customer. Your lead source should reflect that. Bulk Leads Now supplies search intent leads across consumer and B2B markets, alongside bulk solar leads, homeowner data, and appointment setting through Telecentric.
The search-intent offer is $1,250 per month for unlimited leads in your industry. Tell Jesse what you sell and where you sell it. Confirm audience availability, record fields, and campaign fit before you start.
Start with your audience, not just a record count
Search intent data uses patterns of online research, browsing, and interest to help identify relevant prospects. Records are matched to an audience around the topic or offer, with available geographic and profile filters confirmed before you start. These are research-based prospects, not opt-in inquiries to your business or booked appointments. A useful buying conversation starts with three details: your offer, your service area, and the customer you want to reach.
Home improvement leads
Reach homeowners researching upgrades and renovation services. The useful audience is the one that fits the work you actually perform: kitchen and bathroom projects, windows, exterior work, or another improvement. A general homeowner list and a project-interest audience are different starting points.
Tell Jesse the project types you sell, your service area, and any homeowner or property criteria you need. Confirm which filters and contact fields are available before choosing the audience. Your team can then open with a relevant question about the project rather than assuming someone has requested a quote.
ADU and tiny-home leads
An ADU conversation may begin with more room for family, a separate workspace, or interest in an additional home on an existing property. Search intent can help you build an audience around that research. It does not establish that a particular property qualifies for construction or that its owner is ready to sign.
Describe whether you sell detached ADUs, garage conversions, tiny homes, or related services. Share the California cities or other areas your team serves and the property criteria that matter. Confirm available audience filters, then use the first conversation to understand the homeowner’s plans and arrange the appropriate next step.
B2B and business-service leads
Selling to a company starts with a different conversation from selling to a homeowner. A business audience should fit the type of company you serve and the problem your offer solves. A large list has little value if the businesses are outside your market or the contact has no relevant role.
Tell Jesse what service or product you sell, which kinds of businesses buy it, and where they operate. Ask which business, role, and contact fields are available for that audience. Use the data to research a potential fit and build your outreach around the business need; it is not a guarantee that every contact controls the buying decision.
MCA and business-funding leads
Business-funding and merchant cash advance campaigns need an audience that makes sense for the offer. Interest in financing is different from a completed application, underwriting approval, or a request to speak with your company. Keep those stages distinct when you brief the sales team.
Describe the businesses you work with, the funding products you offer, your target geography, and the information your team needs to begin a conversation. Confirm the available records and fields with Jesse. Qualification and funding decisions remain part of your own sales and underwriting process.
Insurance leads
Insurance is not one audience. The conversation for a business policy differs from the conversation for personal coverage. Start with the insurance product and the customers you actually serve, then confirm the available audience rather than assuming a broad insurance category will fit every campaign.
Ask Jesse about search intent for your specific coverage market. If you prefer the separate record-priced insurance offer, under-90-day records are $1 each and under-30-day records are $2 each. Those are distinct from the $1,250 monthly search-intent plan; confirm the lead type, available volume, and order details before buying.
Roofing and HVAC leads
Roofing and heating or cooling campaigns are shaped by the service area and the type of job. Replacement projects, maintenance, and repair work can call for different opening questions. Search intent provides a way to discuss audiences researching these services; it does not establish urgency or confirm a site visit.
Tell Jesse the systems or projects you handle and the areas your technicians can reach. Ask about available interest categories and homeowner or location filters. Plan who will qualify the project, who will schedule, and what information the salesperson or technician should receive.
Real estate leads
Real-estate-related products and services cover more than one customer journey. Buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners exploring property services may be looking for very different things. Be precise about which conversation your team is prepared to have.
Describe the offer, target area, and audience you want to reach. Confirm the available interest category and record details before launching. A research signal should guide a relevant introduction; it is not a promise that a property is listed, that someone plans to sell, or that a transaction will happen.
Solar leads
The solar records originate from solar opt-in inquiries. Aged records reflect an earlier inquiry and are separate from the research-based search-intent product. Solar remains a major part of Bulk Leads Now. Jesse has worked with more than 300 solar companies. You can discuss search intent audiences, or choose from separate bulk solar inventory when your team needs a larger dialing campaign.
Nearly 3 million aged solar records of various ages are available at 5¢ per record, with a $500 minimum. Under-90-day records are 30¢ each and under-30-day records are 50¢ each, with a $1,000 minimum for either recent option. See the solar lead offers and discuss your target states and batch size with Jesse.
